Mrs. Dawn Parker

After retiring from a 20-year career in the US Air Force, Dawn Parker obtained her master’s degree in elementary education from Grand Canyon University.  She has taught in both public and private Christian education, teaching 4 years as a third grade teacher, subbing and teaching at Casas Christian School, and serving three years as Children’s Ministry Director at Casas Church.

She and her husband, David, have been married for 35 years.  They are parents to five adult children and have six grandchildren.  On Sundays you will find Dawn worshipping our Lord and teaching elementary students at Lifepoint Church in Catalina.  Dawn loves the fact that parents have different options to meet the educational needs of their children and families and is excited to work alongside parents as a co-teacher at Veritas.
