Mrs. Misty Duden

Misty Duden received a Bachelor’s degree in nursing from the U of A. She has worked as an RN at University Medical Center, now Banner University, here in Tucson since 1991. Her background is mostly working with children in the Pediatric Intensive Care, and most recently working in the Newborn Intensive Care on weekends. Misty and her husband Quenten have one daughter, who has been a student at Veritas since Kindergarten and will now be entering 5th grade. Misty began volunteering for Science Mondays in 2016, and became the Co-Science Coordinator for K-3rd grade two years ago. Along with fellow Coordinator Dawn Parker, she enjoys planning and teaching Science Mondays and loves the enthusiasm the students have for learning about God’s wonderful creation!
